+Hover over TP Vtube Studio Plug and a new list should show up.

+Hover over Expressions and click on the expression you are wanting to set the state of.
+This will add a string similar to {{:set_exp_state_02.png?direct|}}
+Then change the On|Off to what you want to change the expression state to.
